A Coffee Table Book About Sheds

Although I haven't written a conventionally published book since 2004, I always have a couple of books on the back burners. While it's easy enough for me to score a deal for a computer-related geekbook, fewer and fewer of those opportunities have been of much interest of late. Where ten years ago, I could roll through four software- or Internet-related books over the span of a year, I simply stopped chasing that market.

I've had two topics on my back burners for a while now. One I can't talk about. The other, well, you guessed it ... it's sheds. Specifically, home office sheds.

I want to do a coffee table book about the home office shed phenom. I readily admit I've been fascinated with the topic for more than a decade. I know I can pull off a fantastic book. It's just a question of finding the right publisher.

There have been some great books written about sheds, but nothing quite like what I envision. This is a book meant to open minds not to just the possibilities of the backyard office, but of the realities. It's an in-depth look at what folks have actually done, from those with limited space and/or budgets to the most extravagantly finished designs.

The publisher line forms to the left. Please take a ticket and wait for your number to be called.
