Leaky Flat Shed Roof

The best bet might be to grab a set of inexpensive shed plans to crib the rafters.

When you rip off the old roof, be sure to address any rotted wood before you button things up.

Once the new roof is in place, you can always do something a bit creative with the siding on the end walls. It might not be a bad idea to add a vent or two, as well.
