New Jersey Storage Sheds?

I want to buy back yard shed for tool and pool storage stuff. 10x12. Vinyl sided w/ windows, shutters, gable vents. Can you advise of local dealer to either drop off at my house or build in back yard.

There are loads of storage shed dealers in New Jersey. Most of the storage sheds you see at local garden centers and nurseries are built in Pennsylvania by hard-working Amish folks. The majority of these seem to come as you specified, with vinyl siding and trim. Generally speaking, Amish sheds are regarded for quality construction at reasonable prices. It pays to shop around, though ... New Jersey shed prices can be all over the map.

That's not the only caveat with shed building in the Garden State. The New Jersey municipal building laws can be rather strict. So before you order your shed, be sure that you have enough room in your yard to cover the zoning setbacks and check to see what kind of foundation you might need. At 120 square feet, a 10 x12 storage shed is likely to require a means to tie the structure to the ground. Get ready to deal with permits and inspectors, even if the company that sells you your shed just drops a ready-made building off on your lot.

While you'll see lots of vinyl sided storage sheds at Lowes and Home Depot, you definitely want to shop around. You're likely to find your best deal where there is no middle-man.
