Red Wine Blood Pressure Test: Stage One

So who will tell us the truth about red wine and blood pressure?

Some say that wine will drive your blood pressure up, others say that it will drive your blood pressure down.

I wasn't sure what to believe until I saw it for myself.

My first experience was casual. I just happened to take my blood pressure reading after drinking two glasses of Merlot. I was feeling extremely mellow.

I found out why I was feeling so mellow, just minutes after strapping on the cuff. My blood pressure had dropped a good twenty points below its normal level.

A couple of nights ago, I decided to document the phenomena.

Amazingly, it was repeatable. Shall we attribute it to the Resveratrol or something else?
