While I can't tell you where to find the best deal on toilet paper, I can point you at a bunch of places that offer free delivery. Amazon's Prime delivery scheme sounded like it might be (cough) prime for this deal, unfortunately, the program is "limited to products sold by Amazon.com and by third-party merchants participating in the Fulfillment by Amazon program." You'll see plenty of toilet paper advertised on Amazon but much of it is not shipped from their warehouses. There are exceptions, thankfully. If you can find your favorite toilet tissue in Amazon Grocery, you may be in luck. Office Depot is your next stop ... they're offering free next day delivery on all orders over $50. Order a case of 80 rolls of Scott 2-Ply Toilet Tissue or a perhaps a few 10-roll packages of Kleenex Cottonelle 2-Ply Bathroom Toilet Tissue, with 505 quilted sheets per roll and a box or pencils or two and you're good to go.
New customers at drugstore.com get free shipping on their first order of $25 or more. They do offer specials on toilet paper from time to time. You may be able to luck into something, perhaps the Seventh Generation Bath Tissue they're currently offering at 40% off. Instawares offers free shipping with orders over $250. Okay, so that's a whole lot of toilet paper. On a positive note, their price for a case of 10 4-packs of 2 ply Charmin Ultra Toilet Tissue was quite competitive. A-Eastern was slightly higher on the same toilet paper, but the company offers free delivery on orders over $50.
